We are looking for an experienced crypto trader with a deep understanding of automated trading strategies and market trends. The ideal candidate will also possess product management experience, enabling them to enhance our trading platform. You will be responsible for identifying market insights, monitoring trends, forming product hypotheses, and collaborating across teams to ensure product success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand market trends in automated crypto trading and derive actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends and develop product hypotheses based on these insights.
- Stay up-to-date with current tools in the automated trading market.
- Develop business requirements documents (BRD) when necessary.
- Participate in product development at various stages: requirements gathering, beta testing, and evaluating outcomes.
- Address complex tasks such as writing formulas to calculate functionality, testing order execution on exchanges, and verifying non-functional requirements.
- Actively engage in specialized crypto trading communities (preferred).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in crypto trading, with a focus on automated strategies.
- Strong understanding of market trends and trading automation tools.
- Experience in product management or a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in developing detailed product requirements and documentation (BRD).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end product lifecycle, including requirement gathering and testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in writing and testing trading strategies, including order execution testing on exchanges.
- Participation in crypto or trading-related communities is a plus.
- High level of self-discipline and responsibility.
- Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
