3Commas is seeking a skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive data-driven insights that enhance campaign performance, optimize user behavior analysis, and ensure our marketing strategies align with customer needs.

Collaborating closely with data engineering and analytical teams, you will be responsible for maintaining robust data pipelines and delivering actionable insights through tools such as QuickSight, Google Analytics, and Tableau.

Technical Stack:

  • Data Warehousing & Transformation: Redshift, BigQuery, DBT
  • Analytics & Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, SQL
  • Product & Web Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Amplitude
  • Tracking Setup & Management: Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and audit tracking strategies across web and product experiences using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and dashboards using DBT, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics using tools like Amplitude, GA4, and BigQuery.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure reliable data collection and accessibility.
  • Proactively identify data anomalies, suggest improvements, and implement quality checks.
  • Translate complex data into digestible insights and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or data science roles.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling (ideally in Redshift and BigQuery).
  • Expertise in setting up and auditing Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (UA/GA4).
  • Familiarity with Amplitude for behavioral analytics and DBT for data transformation workflows.
  • Experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with A/B testing platforms or marketing attribution modeling.
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs) and tagging taxonomies.
